Steve Julian, born and raised in the Greater Los Angeles area, has consecutively been one of Los Angeles County’s up-and-coming stars in the real estate community since 2013. His hard work, banking experience, and extensive knowledge of the Greater Los Angeles area allow him to provide clients with the finest service.

As team lead of Premier Property Group, Steve helped 85 families achieve their homeownership goals last year and personally completed 10 flip projects in 2025, giving him hands-on experience in both residential and investment properties. He is also a shareholder of The Lending Pros, providing unique insight into the financing side of real estate.
